We are a Small Company run by a dedicated group of individuals that are dedicated to doing our part to reclaim our energy independence. If you are passionate about Alternative Energy and see the important roll that Carbon Neutral Wood Pellets play in that effort then as long as you can regularly lift 40lb bags, you have all the qualifications a person needs.
We are seeking several people for between 25 and 40 hours per week to help in various ways around the mill. From assisting the Mill operator to filling bins, filling bags of pellets and general clean up we need people that are passionate about creating change. If you have office skills then you might find yourself in there helping out from time to time as well.
The base pay is low, only minimum wage, but we have a separate home that has bedrooms available, so if you live there you live rent free. There are also small bonuses given monthly basis as a part of our profit sharing plan. Think of it as Woofers for Organic Energy but you actually make some money.
We all work hard but find that a great attitude is above all things required. We are located about 2 hours from Ithaca and someone goes there or back regularly.

Pay is minimum wage but housing is free and bonuses are given monthly based on production.
